I voted for Pocket Tunes I got the Pocket Tunes Deluxe Version and it is the best MP3 player out so far of what I have seen it got features like.

Good Support for Palm OS devices

Open from the Memory card only what songs you want to.

Screen Turn Off

Get out of the program and do other stuff

Volume boost 0dB to +15dB (32x)

Can use the 5 way navitgor

Different Skins

Book Mark option

Cross Fade Effect

Bass Boost

Equalizer

That’s all I can think of right now anymore people ??

How about great playlists?? The Zodiac comes with an MP3 player built in, but no playlist support.

O you make me soo jeolous I want a 20 GB Ipod to put music on (I only got 1 Gb on my computer) Well that's the next thing on my techy list.

Why wouldn't you listin to music on your palm then you don't have to lug around your Ipod and your palm just put some music on your Palm Pilot.

PocketTunes is the way to go though !!

I've been thinking about it-- it would be nice to have a dedicated device for music. I just don't listen enough to justify spending the $$$ on an iPod when I'm sure I'll see a new Palm or smartphone I just can't live without.

Why iPod? Do you work out a lot, and didn't want to risk your handheld? I'm curious.

I use AeroPlayer which has the same features as PocketTunes. But I definitely prefer listening to my iPod: it stores much more music which, thanks to its design, is easily accessible.

I should note that I was last weekend talking to the man who installed our audio system. He told me his firm had done tests and determined that,

1) the best sound reproduction was on LP records;
2) the next best was CD; and
3) the least accurate was MP3 (very high compression rate was the culprit).

Cheers, Philippe Radley

I like real player.. it may not have it all.. but it does what it should. The other players I used all had issue with Play lists (Areo player) or had play back issues on my T2 (Pocket Tunes)

So I stuck with Real player
