The Tiniest GPS

by PocketGoddess on December 4, 2007

I don’t know how they’ve done it, but Proporta is now offering the Freedom Keychain GPS 2000 Receiver, and it’s even tinier than the first model. This version is much improved, with a ten hour battery and can connect to as many as 51 satellite channels (the old model could handle only 20). It measures 1.81″ by 1.26″ and is just barely over half an inch thick, and weighs 0.77 ounces. It doesn’t come with any software, but works with every mapping package conceivable, including Google Maps. This little Bluetooth wonder can ensure that you never get lost again!
You can get one for yourself for $129.95 at the Proporta online store.
