I was rather sceptical with this programme being from the USA. I usually find ANY support is just not available. I bought the programme along with the CueCat scanner. Brilliant, though it does take a couple of attempts to get it right. Just swipe the scanner over the barcode, NOT TOO SLOWLY. I find it's better faster than slower! Support is best of the best!
